March Newsletter 2009
Dear Friend,

I am excited to communicate to you what God has done this month. Many doors opened in schools and in the community to minister to youth and families. Despite the financial times, the Lord has given the team and I courage and strength to persevere. It is our joy to see many young people turn and live for the Lord.

This is how you have blessed many this month:

Counseling Ministry

We cared for 23 pregnant girls of whom 5 gave birth to three healthy girls and 2 boys. 78 clients were counseled who were faced with different challenges.

Starfish Programme

We visited 16 children in their schools. They were all in good health and progressing in their education. All of them had a good report from teaches which impressed us so much.

Jane one of the young mothers in the Starfish Programme became a cookery Instructor. She is teaching the girls basic cookery skills. It brought us a lot of joy.

Operation Hannah

Mary and 3 volunteer mothers went for a mission in Eastern Uganda for five days. They talked to 130 parents in three areas. They were challenged to live righteous lives and strive to birth a God fearing generation of young people.

Outreach Ministry

We reached 4664 youth of which 2070 committed their lives to the Lord and 2305 committed to abstain from sex until marriage. This was achieved through the mission to Central Uganda ( Nakasongola) were we reached 15 and other 9 schools in the rest of the month.
